MENTORING

Our mentoring approach is to support and guide our young people in their personal growth. In our mentoring process, we build an environment of trust, we will identify our mentees strengths and weaknesses, and we make a learning plan to help them make the right choice.

TEACHING

We use the narrative teaching method of Christ to transform the lives of our young people. There are three critical components of our teaching method. First, we tell a story. Second, we discover God in the story. Last, we help young people to create their own story.

COACHING

We coach young people to unlock their full potential to achieve their greatness. We dedicate our time and attention to improve their daily lifestyle and help them reach their goal.

COUNSELING

We create a safe place where our participants can self-disclose themselves without judging. We use the cognitive-behavioral approach to help them understand their thoughts and their feelings that cause them to make poor choices. We build our counseling on trust and confidentiality.
